Our Refund Terms


J.I. Morris Fasteners (hereinafter referred to as “Morris”) hereby state that all products, merchandise and equipment sold and delivered are sold with NO warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of fitness or suitability for a particular purpose. Except Morris shall honor all manufacturer’s warranties, if any, for the replacement of defective products, merchandise or equipment. Such replacement shall be made according to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions and specifications. Morris shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct, consequential or incidental arising out of the use or inability to use such a product, merchandise or equipment. Seller bears sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the product, equipment or merchandise for its intended use and hereby assumes all risk and liability for its selection and use and agrees to hold Morris harmless therefrom. No modification of this limited warranty shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized employee of Morris.


After receiving your order from Morris, please confirm immediately that all items (excluding back ordered items) were received. Morris will not accept claims for missing merchandise filed over 3 business days after receipt.


Morris cannot guarantee that all items listed in this website are always in stock or available. Morris will make every effort to fill your order in a timely manner.


Claims for damaged goods must be filled with the carrier immediately. In addition, Morris must be notified of the claim within 2 business days. Morris is not responsible for damages by carriers. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon arrival.


A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Morris before an item is to be returned. Morris will not accept collect shipments on returns unless they have been pre-authorized. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returns. Authorization for returns must be made within 45 days of receipt of the order. No returns on special orders. All defective merchandise is subject to Morris’s inspection. Full credit, less the restocking fee and the original shipping and handling charges will be given within 10 days of receipt of return.


Special or custom products are not returnable.



All orders are shipped F.O.B. from Morris’s Oxford, Massachusetts location.


All orders under $100 must be paid for at time of order via credit card or PayPal. All other sales are net 30 days with approved credit. A service charge of 1-1/2% (18% per year) will be added to accounts over 30 days. Any and all collection fees will be in addition to amounts owed to Morris. Special terms or conditions must be approved by an officer of Morris prior to your order being processed.


Standard orders shipped C.O.D. unless credit has been approved or the order has been prepaid by either a credit card, money order or wire transfer.


Massachusetts customers must submit completed tax-exempt forms prior to, or at the time of sale.

Tax refunds will not be honored after the sale has been processed.
